Can HALO run a school with several branches?

Yes. One school can have several branches. Leadership can see across branches, and branch staff can be limited to their own.

Do parents, students and teachers get mobile apps?

Yes — HALO Parent & Student for families and HALO Teacher & Staff for school staff. They are Android apps and are currently in testing.

What does HALO automate?

Notices and alerts that deliver themselves in the app and by email, scheduled publishing, absence emails to parents, live-class reminders, PDFs on demand, approvals that route by role and automatic numbering.

Can we choose which modules to use?

Yes. Each school turns on the modules it needs, and roles and permissions decide who can open each one.

Can families pay fees online?

Not yet. Schools record payments in HALO and issue receipts; families see their dues and receipts in the app.

How do parents and students get an account?

The school creates the account and sends a set-up link to the email address it has on record. There is no public sign-up.
